Do anyone have a diagram of the fenders of the 2008 hayabusa so i could put the right rubbers and screws in the right spot ?

here! There should be a .pdf service manual with diagrams floating around. You might try google "Hayabusa Service Manual" - I know there is someone who had it on .pdf and it was free to download.

the little bushing in the front has 4 dealer stocks them my bike didn't have them from the factory and messed up front so dealer warranted and install these new plastic spacer know fender dosn't shake when riding

A non-shaking fender is always a plus. Something like that would drive me flippin' crazy!
