The new 2008 Hayabusa will be unveiled at the Suzuki dealers meeting in Las Vegas at the Mirage Hotel Wednesday June 27 between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Thursday, the rest of us will know what it looks like.

Yeah, got my money ready to go also. I love Suzuki and I love my Hayabusa; but if by chance all we get is BNG for 08, I'm going over to the other side for a year or two, (ZX14). The current busa is old technology, way overdue for a makeover OR cessation of the model altogether!!

When I see it on the show room with a price tag hanging off it.I'll believe it.Until then it's all BS.I hope I'm wrong,but ya ever thought it would just go away like the 1100xx?

So, I agree with you here, But I have heard from a little birdy ... that the new busa is going to be a 1350cc. Now with that still falling short 50cc's from the 1400 would that be enough to keep you? I'm wondering how much more horse power they could get with that 50cc's. Maybe if they lightened it up some and made the ram air actually work under 130mph then it would be able to smoke the 1400 without that extra 50cc's stock. Guess only time will tell.

The zx14 is not 1400 cc .. it's 1352 cc......Hate to bust your bubble but someone had to do it ...

The zx14 is not 1400 cc   .. it's 1352 cc......Hate to bust your bubble but someone had to do it ...

So then they are just getting more within striking range. With that being said it should be easy for them to beat it heads up stock with the extra 50cc's? According to specs it is already 1 pound lighter...LOL

I just wonder how much the ZX14 is going to influence the new design changes to the hayabusa. I would think the boys at Suzuki are itching to take the title "The worlds Fastest Bike" back.
