2006, Katana 600

Looking for some help on the Fork seals for this bike, All the manuals burned in this young mans house.

Anyone have any quick tips?

Bike has sit for a long time. 2006 Model, Katana 600 with 1900 miles on it.

I figure either dry rot or wheely popping in the first 1900 miles.

All replies greatly appreciated.
