2006 gauge cluster

Hello everyone I have a problem somewhere and need a little help to find the problem .. gauge cluster works when the bike is not started soon as it starts gauges stop working but they are still on. I have replaced it with a new gauge cluster and got a new wire harness still doing the same thing any help would be greatly appreciated...
