2001 Busa what is the difference between a TRE VS ATRE?

2001 Busa what is the difference between a TRE VS ATRE? What should I expect to gain with each?
Who builds the BEST? I've used Ivan's products in my Yamaha R1 with great success!

For a 1999-2007 Hayabusa it would make no difference. the ATRE is made for the 2008 and up hayabusa so that the factory gear position sensor does not read 5th gear all the time ( like with the original TRE)
