This is my 2000 Hayabusa on cold start this morning.
Have you tried opening the throttle a quarter turn when cranking, when it doesn't want to start?
Yes, no throttle twist in any amount will help. I am posting videos in few minutes for everyone to watch so everyone can see the issue. Stay tuned. Give me a few minutes.

Since it wont start now, can you remove the sparkplugs and check to see if any fuel is making it into the cylinders?
Or raise the tank and see if the coilpacks and or injectors are not getting power?

You can try starting it with the tank propped up

Done that too. Tried also with the fuel cap open for ventilation or whatever. Nothing makes a difference until it cools all the way back down. BUT, like I said, I can ride all day for hours and hours as long as I dont stop and turn it off.

what I mean is, right now it won't crank, so prop the tank, and while cranking, see if the injectors and coils are getting power right now.
If both are, maybe it's a vapor lock?

what wiring do I need to probe to test for power on those things. I have good equipment for testing, just dont know what wiring or plugs to check for power

My bike never dies. And it runs great when its started. Throttle opening will do nothing.

You're doing a great job and I love all of the effort you're putting in to get help! I'm not sure what the issue is but I hope you figure it out.

Maybe verify if the engine is for sure getting fuel when hot. Like you said in this video, it's computer controlled for hot/cold start. The below help sheds more light on this topic.

The best feature on a standalone ecu is the ability to data log. It appears that your engine temp sensor is reading correctly. Since you can't check the functioning of the ECU, maybe check the physical things you can when it's hot.

On an aftermarket ecu, there are a few compensation tables that read the engine temperature sensor on the back of the block. On a standalone we add or remove fuel in these tables to adjust how many milliseconds the injectors are going to pulse based on the engine temp.

Huh.......just doesn't start when hot, eh?

.....and it turns over when hot but doesn't fire.......

I know I've read on here where the starter was swelling up from the heat or something like that....your bike seems slow when you are trying to start it hot.....

Maybe it's just me but my Gen 2 seems to turn over a lot faster....

@sixpack577 what do you think?
