2000 busa wont start after 350 mile ride

Any other info you can provide? Did it just stop running and won't start back up, or did you shut it off first?

Just like @nintastio said, we would need a bit more info to help you out.

I take it you had to stop at least once for fuel and it must have started up then?

Check fuses, and if the fuel pump is priming...
