I removed my CA smog stuff my 1999 busa and can't get it to run right. I need help

You must make sure to plug all the vacuum lines.

What were you trying to achieve by removing that stuff?

I had an older Kawi with CA smog controls on it; it might be the fuel vapor recovery that is holding you back as this was the problem with the Kawi after I removed all that plumbing....Just a guess....
