Even if they don't have a function i think u should fill all the spots with the lit up buttons just for the look :thumbsup: .
thats absolutely the plan :) TO me the top buttons make sense to have them lit up only if latched on, wouldn't look as cool, but would make more sense to know that the accessory is on, the 4 buttons for screen I would think leave LED on all the time

That black is perfect. I want one but the wife was looking over my shoulder and saw the price so it might be a while before I can pull the trigger.

With the dash pieces on a gen 2 do they stay in place?
im talking about the pieces right above the gauges and right below

Legit plug & play as stated by SmithaBusa! Harness has a USB cable, harness plugs into OE dash plug an a single plug conects behind dash area. Fish that wire along frame/tank 2 white plugs to gear indicator plugs & 2 green one to rear of block the male one into the OE plug that you removed from block done!
