Sounds like a vacuum line is detached or misrouted.

I was thinking flapper vacuum simply because he's sucking air at opened throttle and the flapper might not be opening.... do you have a vacuum hose on the bottom of the airbox above the spark plugs ????.......

Ok this is a lil weird
i took out the air filter from the air box.
when barely chopping the throttle to 2grand or so,
inside the box is a hissing sound. sounds like when you have
air in a water hose when you first turn it on.
I put a few fingers above the hole of one of the throttle body inductions
and it spits back up the air. like its hard for it to suck it in, an coughs it up.

just a few more symptoms
the bike is really hard to start and keep started
dies out easy, and driving it before it warms up good,
it stalls out, or no matter how much gas you give it,
it just crawls. but when the bike is warm it is not hard to
start and problems is half as bad

sigh......

after studying the manual the -C00 code was incorrect as the dash was at the top.
I used a t20 driver, i think correct may be a t25, I adjusted the engine speed to 1200rpms
and adjust the TPS sensor to move the - to the middle.
the sensor is very sensitive! I did notice that revving it up sounds good and undistorted.
driving from stop and under certain rpm range, the bike drives normal again. but when I
apply moderate to heavy throttle, the bike bogs down again, and doesnt pickup like it should. ALSO I noticed the -C00 code the dash moved to the top during higher rpm range.
should this dash be in the middle AT ALL RPM RANGES? thanks.

Well I found the culprit!!!
num 1 coil not firing. In any cyclinder i put the coil in, it has
no impact on the bike as does the other 3. it seems to run best with num 1
not firing.
i really did not think my problem would be this...
but had to check it because everything else checked out
