This type of tank is normally found on an endurance machines and or Daytona 200 bikes. Quick fuel stops are a must....... two openings - air must go somewhere during refueling, it also prevents any spills.

Todd, the easy part is the pad. It's standard race foam, whe you really need is the solo racing tail section.

Olathe got around 10 bikes in today (my guess for the delivery of the y2k busa's), was today, but none were in this shipment. :(

Dazee,is that two fuel caps on the tank or is one used for quick fill for racing or is it a fuel gauge?

Just thought I'd update this thread with the information I have received so far about the parts and prices.

St-1 Camshaft 86,000 yen
High compression piston kit 12:1 98,000 yen
Cross mission (what the hell ?) 175,000 yen
Fuel injection adjuster (inc setup) 58,000 yen
YDS design cowling, original seat rail, aluminium tank for street use, discharge headlamp, magnesium rear step 198,000 yen
