It also has an aftermarket swingarm in that pic. He has done more than eliminate turn signals since that first pic.

Second pic is turbo, too. See the dump pipe (looks blacked out) in the bottom hole of the lower in the second pic? Looks like they adapted an HMF Big Bird to the exhaust outlet of the turbo...

The bike isn't a track bike at all, he doesn't even race it. The kit is a Getto kit from Motorhead and Dennis also sells HMF exhaust with his kits( for extra $$) incase you don't want a Dump pipe. The arm is a Chromoly arm from Fastlane (The guy that made the arm is also a member on SH.org by the name of "Gwizz"). Hope this helps answer some questions.
