When I got my Busa the front wheel sleeve nut had a couple of wear rings from the front wheel dust seal sits. I replaced the sleeve with a Titanium aftermarket part, this now as wear rings as well in only 1500 miles.
Is this normal? should I have replaced the dust seals as well?
I previously had a KTM, this had a similar problem but you could get replacement sleeves made from alloy but with a hard steel ring fitted where the seals rub.
