what power commander

I need some advice.Im looking at buying a power commander and dont know what one to go for.bike is a 2000 busa with micron end cans and a tre.ive been told that the pc2 is for my year busa,is this right or is it worth getting pc3/pc3r/pc3usb......god im confused.done searches and cant seem to find what im looking for.
Any help is appreciated
