For pourin': Anything that doesn't involve a blender. Particularly enjoy making Stop Light Shooters and Long Island Iced Teas. I used to be a bartender and I've always had AT LEAST as much fun pouring as I do drinkin and/or gettin' drunk. It's more fun watchin' the other weebles wobble.

I generally drink beer (pretty much any beer). For sipping I have Don Julio reposado and Patron anejo tequilas or Glenlivet 12yo and The Balvanie 21yo (not a typo) single malt scotches.
