What is the pro and con to each as well as what does one do that the other doesn't. ie... fuel, timing etc...

I can't say I know much about any of them, myself~ Never really looked into the Yosh systems, but... you can check out the PC systems here~ This gives a good definition of the variations between I, II, III, IIIr, IIIUSB~
