I picked up a nice digital gauge from radio shack a few years back....it had an angle to it so it was easy to get into tight spots....other than that I recommend the cheap stubby ones at auto parts stores...they are fairly accurate...just roll the wheel to have the valve stem on the bottom and you can get those in there rather easy...
Have never had a problem with the accuracy....between the digital and the cheapo ones they are always within 1 psi....just make sure you don't get a gauge with big graduation marks....for example each line is equal to 5-10 psi...
