What am I doing wrong here?

I put my helibars on but now I've got this big gap between the grip and the bar end.

Also, when I took the windshield off everything went well. However, I can't seem to get the screws back in properly to hold the windshield in. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Anyway, here is the bar grip.

Everything is locked in place and the pin is in the hole.

Oh, that don't look right.

I added Heli-bars, no problems.

The windshield, just take some time and work then in, (ok, ok, no comments) take the screws out, get the shield in place and then put the screws back in.

still looks iffy....mebbe try taking the bar ends out again and re-doing it. Just a thought.

When you said gap in the other post I thought that you meant a little gap (stock) that is more than I imagined.
