USPS..what next?

There are many inefficiencies in the postal distribution system. As a postal driver I see it every day. But I dont see how anyone could move the volume of mail and parcels that we do, for less cost to the consumer. Yes there are problems, but still overall, we do a pretty good job.

R8, your tax dollars do not pay for the USPS, the President doesn't raise the price of stamps, and he certainly doesn't control the number of postal employees.

My hat off the the postal employees! They have done a great job on almost everything I have used the service for. Most of the time I can get something shipped to my house faster with USPS than with UPS. It's just amazing how much mail gets successfully delivered each day.
