They just cracked down hard on those things in Cali last month. Private property riding only. If you are caught on a public street, you get a ticket and the bike is confiscated.
Don't let the size fool you. Those damn things are pretty fast. Not Busa fast or nothin' like that, but a lot quicker than one might think. Met this guy in Myrtle Beach who had one and was there to buy two more to promote his business back in Georgia. Pretty cool in my book.
Its the kids with no helmets and shorts riding on sidewalks and in streets and the wrong way on city streets thats the problem.I don't hate any two wheel vehicles(well maybe scooters)but I'm having a problem with them in my hood.
