I had to call them and they had missed the monthly ship date. When I asked them if that meant that I had lost one month of my subscription the young lady said "Oh no problem...we will just push a copy out to you now and extend you one month". Easy done over.
Really good people to talk too. Just call them up and they can tell you where you are at.
