trying to bring it back

The wheels on my bike was polished when i bought the bike, but now they're getting dull. how can i bring the shine back? Can someone give me step by step on how to do this?

Someone mentioned furniture polish. I tried it, and it works great on the stock black ones. I'm sure there are others who can help you more than that.

Mother's aluminum polish or Maas polish will bring the shine back.

so put the polish on until i get a black film , and then take it off with a soft cloth or should i hook up a drill and buffing wheel and spin it back to shine. which would you guys recommend ???

if it is a polished wheel, get a Mothers Polish Ball.. (there are cheaper options but these do work) and their polish or a tub of blue magic.. Work on one spot at a time and do not let the polish cream dry on the wheel..

does wonders on polished aluminum.. (you have pics of how bad yours is?)

Randy, remind me to take the Mr. Buffer to the bash, and you can try some.
