I'd trust nothing that comes out of the White House right now as there will be all kinds of justification for Trump letting Musk loose into the deepest realms of your country's most secure departments................Trump knows this is pissing off citizens along with a lot of the things he is doing.

Musk-a man who has his own interests and owns several companies which directly compete in government contracts......he has everything to gain from this venture.

This is the same has having the CEO of Ford conduct an internal investigation of GM.......which makes zero sense.

Why has Trump surrounded himself with the CEOs of all the major social media sites, gut the CIA, FBI and then eliminate all the oversight committee heads......

Sure makes it easy to do whatever you want whenever you want with zero oversight.....and if the citizens get restless, he engages his social media CEOs to shut it down which makes it a challenge to organize anything against his regime.

The best news of all.......unless this some how spills over the border, all I have to do to not know about it is to ignore it all....

Personally, I like the way Musk operates, he gets important matters done at lightning speed, throughout his career. Where we differ, is I have no problem with a private citizen being assigned and operating under government supervision to review government spending. Much rather that, than our debt clock continuing to run and full speed and none of it is transparent.

If Musk was interested in personal gain, the best thing he could do is spend all his time at Tesla and Space X. Plus never have purchased Twitter.

I have no doubt that what he is doing now will hurt Tesla to a large extent.

Musk has got the making $$ part figured out. And he has got the "How do we do things efficiently" figured out. He can construct a factory in a fraction of time it takes everyone else. And build rocket engines at the rate of one a day. NASA is lucky to build one every 2 years. At 100 times the cost of his. So yeah I have no problem with him helping out govt do chyt better. After four years at West Point, six years and six months in The United States Marine Corps, and now serving what I can’t divulge, I find it hard to believe that anyone who claims to be, who you claim you are, can be this unpatriotic. Plus post this much negative propaganda.
