Hey guys and gals ...
I have an 2006 Busa with 8000 miles on it ...
I bought it brand new ..
So my transmission started slipping , in 1st,2nd,& 3rd gears ...
So first thing I did was start by changing fluid for clutch ..
Continued to slip , so changed clutches and changed fluid again ..
It still slips but in 2nd & 3rd but at low RPM's ...
Used OEM clutches , plates & springs ..
Used service manual to perform all the work ..
I am stuck ..
Has this happened to anyone or does any one have any idea what it mite be ..
Thanks a bunch guys and gals ...
God bless

Have you checked clutch push rod, could be sticking slightlydue to being covered by chain lube, you only need to remove front sprocket cover to check

You probably over-filled the clutch master cylinder . . . take some fluid out of that reservoir . . .

I spoke to Gavin at Coleman's about your clutch issue. two questions were thrown up 1 such low mileage over 10 years , not sure where he was going on that one except not worn in properly and whether the bike was used for drag racing in its life , basically the bike needs to be ridden harder to wear the components in. at 8000 miles the bike is nearly run in . keep me posted at to how you get on

Did you soak the new plates in oil before you installed them?
