this is my town

That sucks man. I live in Cedar Rapids, IA and we flooded a couple years ago really bad. Looked exactly like in that news coverage. People driving canoes up and down the streets and stuff. People were displaced for several months, if not more than year. Good luck to you guys.

here are some pics from the last few days and a storm that rolled threw yesturday

That sucks, you have floods and I have fires. We have had less than 1/2'' of rain all year. Send some water my way and I will send some of my hot sun to dry you out.

I feel for you i was born about fifty miles from fargo. When i was there i don't remember any floods like that. Just cold.

i live in iowa in council bluffs and we are getting all the flood water as well. Comes from your neck of the woods and wipes us out down here.

Glad the water is finally going down for you guys. It is heading our way. The 6 inches of rain we got over the weekend isn't going to help matters either. We are in no direct danger of flooding, but I feel for the people that live in the lowlands. Hope your town gets back to normal soon.
