Whilist sitting having coffee in town I noticed several taxis with Toyota prius's ,you know the hybrid ones?.Any way several had only one head light working (COF requires all lights to work),I went over to ask "why is only one light working", his response (pakistani) was he believed he was saving power. Go figure??

Ha! If he wanted to save power, assuming he was parked, just turn the lights off.
Or on to park. Actually, may as well disconnect all lighting.
In Pakistan, having working lights would be a luxury !
