Dang! I'm undecided about doing this mode, because you have to cut a whole in the spot where the mirror attaches! Does anyone have a picture of that portion of the MOD?

Here you go.. simple mod, hole is already there just need to drill out the rubber..

Huh? You don't have to cut any holes anywhere on the mirror or the plastic body.
Just put the whole mirror in the oven on a rubber mat so it doesn't stick to your grill or cooky sheet for 5 min at 350 degrees. Next get somthing small enough to poke through the bottom side hole thats already in the bottom of your mirror to push the mirror out.
