Little update on my ‘06. I ended up swapping out the Dual HMF High mounts for an HMF big bird. Gonna have Johnny Cheese tune it again and see what it does. The sound out of the big bird is crazy cool. The High mounts sounded great, but the Big Bird is something else. I got the Big Bird pretty cheap on a poorly listed eBay auction and restored it. Polished the mid pipe, refinished the can finish, refinished the header, added a new HMF nameplate, muffler band and springs. Next step is going back to dual front brakes and stock wheel base and hitting some curves. Already swapped out the LSR fender for the OEM. Getting some usable mirrors back on it aswell.
