If your thinking about resale value, I would leave them. If you plan on keeping your busa a long time, and are not concerned with the effect of the mod on it's value down the line, take them off if you like the look. If you do take them off it may be a good deal to order up a set so you could put them back on if you wanted to. Just my .02.
