Hello Fam.

My 04 busa doesn't turn on even when i have the battery on the tender. Can it be the starter or do I need a new battery?

Whaddya mean 'turn on'? Won't turn over or nothing happens when you turn the key? Easiest and most likely is the battery or its connection.

It wont turn over. It use to turn over when i had the tender on it but now it doesnt.

Pedro... Check the fuse, the battery and your connections first. Go to OReilly's autozone, etc they can check your battery for free. Start with that then you can verify other things related to the issue.
