Starter Relay ?????

Not sure if I will ask this question right and it is probly a stupid one. I have a 2004 busa and I turn the key on, I here the click but I don't here the winning and the bike will not start. I don't think it is the relay, but if anyone has crossed this problem before please need feedback. Thanks!

Sounds like fuel pump... When you say will not start, do you mean it will not turn over? Sounds like the kill switch is toggled to off... Check switches...

It turns over fine and the kill swiches all check out ok. I think the winny is for the fuel is'nt it and if so is there a relay for that?
