Slider installation

I got my new Sliders the other day and was reading all of the install tips on here. As it happened I was playing with some rare earth Magnets my buddy gave me at the time. These are Really STRONG little magnets. I thought these things are just about the right size to fit into the head of the motor mount bolts and strong enough to stick to each other through the fairng panel. So I figured I would give it a shot. The ones I had were about 5mmx10mm so I had to put a little electrical tape around the one in the bolt to center them in the bolt head but it worked awesome. Just put the new bolts in, put one magnet in the bolt head and the other on the outside of the fairing panel and mark the spot. PERFECTION! I will try to attach a few photos.

I have full coverage on my Busa. I think of it as, if my bike gos down 1 way or another its totalled. With or without sliders my bike is going to get scratched up to hell unless it's a garage tip over really.

You did center that cut damn good though. +1
