I am installing an aftermarket full system and I am considering removing the pair valve. But in theory, this may cause back-fire.

Have you guys found this to occur on Hayabusa's?

Actually, NOT removing the PAIR when installing a full system can cause backfiring. If you're putting on a full system I'd definitely remove the PAIR during the install. It'd be much easier than waiting til after the install and getting backfiring and then having to remove the PAIR with the system in place!

You can also avoid the back fire by tuning the bike to match the mods.
