Any chance you have a part number?
Any chance you have a part number?
Unfortunately nope, had them for nearly 8 years.Any chance you have a part number?
Did it install easily? I keep seeing mentions of differences between the two gens and some of the covers say that gen 2 "may require spacers".
Nope, nothingYou should be to remove the rear fairing bolts and pull the fairings out a little, without having to remove the entire fairing.
Did they not come with double sided tape?
What's this? Frame covers will cover it on both sides. Motor mount?

Also considering, rather than the frame covers, these Kanji decals. I know, a lot of Kanji already but I think they might work well. Waiting for them to get here from Latvia or some place like that so will be a minute...

Yea, I'll put them in place and see how they look before I decideThat is an engine mount....
You can place the frame cover in location to see what it looks like and if you like it...
If it were me, I'd be avoiding putting a decal over it...
Any ideas on where to find them? I prefer blackGripper adhesive frame covers with those hole cut-outs are available too.
I've seen black on several bikes, but maybe colors are available as well?
Not right offhand, but I'll look around and see what I can find.Any ideas on where to find them? I prefer black
I'm not very good at applying large stickers but I'd like to see them if you can find them. I looked all over and only found the plastic ones. Not right offhand, but I'll look around and see what I can find.
It's basically precut skateboard grip tape.
I have seen less aggressive materials too, that match the tank pad grips.
You could go to a decal or graphics shop and get a custom made decal cut out to match the shape of your side frame..I'm not very good at applying large stickers but I'd like to see them if you can find them. I looked all over and only found the plastic ones.
Those are what I was looking for. Last one so I went ahead and bought it. Just in case these don't work out. These are what I was talking about, they stick on, vs the entire plastic stick on covers.
These used to be much more common, and available in gripper vs this cf print, but someone may still make them.
