Its kind of interesting. Alot of people think you have to be big and bad to work in the prison system. Fact is, some of the best officers are small or female. You have to check your ego and emotions at the main gate. You have to remember when your on a gallery with 150 inmates and you, theres always someone bigger and badder. Your not going to kick 150 guys asses. If they want you, they have you. You just have to outsmart them, remember, this is a state facility, not a federal one. Most of these guys are not in here for intelegent crimes and are not hard to outsmart.
