Just wanted to through this out there! Bought my Bagster set-up from these folks and they really went out of there way to help me out. Short version took every call I made and were willing to answer any questions I had. One time even called me back after calling after hours... Now the kicker was I didn't leave a message they simply returned my call based on a caller ID number. This all stemmed from my inability to decide which Bagster bag I wanted and Fero over at RideAddict was pleasant and easy to deal with. If your ever in the market for a Bagster I'd give them a shout in a New York Second!
