I’ve been hearing reports that it makes the tires unstable at high speeds…
Can anyone confirm?

This isn't a magic tire fix, punctures through the tire turn into slow leaks. When I looked into this when it first came out it was crazy expensive, and when you getting 4-5K miles out of a tire and the tires ends up compromised and needs replacing anyway couldn't justify the cost. I went with a compressor and plug kit.

Maybe if I had a longer lasting tire and did a lot of touring i would see a benefit from it. I admit I decided not to try it after researching it. Let us know if it works out for ya.
