Replacing swingarm

I'm replacing the stock silver swingarm with a black one.
The manual says remove the chain. Is this true? If so who has a good deal on a chain breaker?

Yes, you need to remove the chain if you are going to use it with your new swingarm.

Do I need a new chain if I'm going up one or two teeth on the rear sprocket? Also...is there any good way to take the swingarm bolt off without the special tool?

Question 2 = Get in contact with smithabusa. He has an inexpensive socket for it.
