Recieved a phishing email

It makes it easy for me, since I do not have an account with any organization named Providian, but look at the below email. After the email, I copied the data fields that they were asking for in order to verify my personal details. Be on the look out -- seems someone could do some decent damage with all this info.

what really irks me is you and i know better than to respond but they are really preying on the elderly and uneducated...those who can afford it the least they are constantly sending crap like that to my grandparents i would like to get an opportunity for about 10 minutes of one-on-one uninterrupted "conversation" with these scumballs!!!
