R1 done at Lee's

I am heading back to Charlotte tomorrow to pick up the track mule. After the latest round of mods, the R1 put down a very respectable 170.01 hp and 80.62 tq peak on pump gas. MR9 will bump these number by 5-7 hp. So I will be right at my 180 target on race fuel.

With the weight of the R1, this is a better power to weight ratio than my 190rwhp Busa. I cant wait to get some on track seat time.

That is a proven fact.

On the Busa, with a Power Race, 182 and change...nothing but a change to a Pilot Power, 190.....

I know it takes some power to turn a 190/55....

Unless I find a smoking deal on a YEC kit radiator. That will give me the cooling capacity for the 1041cc big bore kit lol. But those are few and far between.

I do believe I am gonna add a Brembo 19x20 master for additional brake pressure.
