Question, dyno run this week.

Should I take out the exhaust inserts from the yoshimura rs-3 mufflers, or should I leave them in. On yoshimura's website it shows dyno runs with the inserts in and one with them removed. The dyno run with them in shows more horsepower.

do you plan to ride the bike with the inserts on? if yes, then my vote is to keep them on during the dyno.

if your getting it tuned have the bike in the configuration you'll be riding around in

I'm not having it dyno tuned, just a dyno run. A local shop is having open house and are giving free dyno runs for a couple of us.

if your going so you can see the max hp then yank it. If you want to know what hp you have during your normal street config then leave it in.
