pulling battery out for winter

if i have a dyno retune my pc3 with a program and i pull my battery out of the bike for the winter when i put the battery back in does my pc3 lose the program that was tuned for the bike and do i need it to be dyno for a new program for the pc3

No, but it might be better for the battery and easier for you to get a battery tender jr. and plug it up vs. pulling it out.

Saved on non volatile memory. It will not lose the map unless it is rewritten or the power commander dies.
