Need advice. I recently installed a power commander on my busa. It was not functioning properly. I had dynojet on the phone going through the details. He said shut it down and send it to me. So I did. Then, I reconnected it OEM and it started briefly and shut down and now will not start. From what I've gathered, it could be the ECU or possibly the crank sensor. I checked the ignition fuse it is good. Anyone have any suggestions? Could the ECU be fried?

Sounds like it's time to take your bike to the dealer. They will quickly isolate your problem and make it run like it did before you started your upgrade!
