On the riders footpeg brackets I want to powdercoat these as well as footpegs. The brackets themselves have three rubber bushings in each one. The bushings seem to be pressed/glued in ? They don't easily come out, in fact I can"t get them out without serious effort. Don't see how I would anyway ? Do these have to come out before they go into the powdercoat oven ? Are they tough enough to last 30min at 400 or will they melt ? Thanks

sorry if i've missed it but have you posted up prices to do factory pegs, rear sets, shift linkage etc in black? I know a lot of us here have either done it or want to (i want to do that this winter).

Thanks,

Greg

Good lord you are too good to us, is your address or info to send them in on your site? Ill get my stuff pulled off this week and shipped out.

Also, I would be interested in getting quote on some aluminum brackets that I bolt my shift light LEDs to, i used to PC them myself, but I hate dragging the stuff out and making a mess. If you wouldn't mind shooting me a PM with a guestimate for 100 at a time in flat black, or i can send a couple of samples with the other stuff if you need to see them. They are .100" thick.

they are shown in these pics

I am going to pull mine off today, and they should be on their way today or tomorrow. What information do we need to put down when we send them in?

Dearest tmpowdercoating somehow my request for assistance became a sales post for you:poke:. I think I should have gotten mine done for free seeing as how your getting all these sales from my thread.....:poke:??? Just joking. I took parts to a very good Powdercoater here in SoFLa. they just weren't too familiar with motorcycle stuff. Hence the fact they were kinda lackadaisical toward me. There did not seem to be the equal appreciation for my parts. If your not a biker they are just a bunch of Alum parts ! How about posting some detailed pics of one or two of the sets you will be doing. I plan on posting a couple before it all goes back together myself.:beerchug:

sorry I am the one who asked about it, he answered your post with no trying to sell you anything, it was my post that started it, my apologies. He is a site sponsor, and giving us a smoking deal though :)

I'm just :poke::poke::poke:...I hope he sells a bunch. We all need the biz ! I am concerned about how mine will come out, so I would like to hear and see how these come out from him because if I am not happy I too will be in line. Only thing is by the time I need him he will be on a six month backlog !

Are you doing the frame match color?

BTW thanks for asking the the question that opened this up so that we all know.
