how does he use that megaphone? through a bluetooth headset? cant picturize him asking people to pull over at speed by lifting his helmet front shield and speaking through a handheld speaker phone.

A guy in Mass has this bike as a personal vehicle and rides it on the street

Privatly owned and funded, it's great when he goes out on rides with us.

But he is Police.

TD that bike looks almost exactly like the bike police have in Cyprus where my dad lives . They use Gsxr1000 and are decorated in same color scheme.
Do you know if he got idea from Greece or Cyprus or just did that himself ?

Did it himself.

In Mass he just needed approval from his chief and built it last winter.
