Poker Run...

I'm in the middle of putting together a Poker Run for Charity next month (04/?/04)..... This ride will help benefit the Lukemia Society of Kansas. If anyone has ever put together something like this before I'd be interested in hearing all the details. Time is ticking and I need to get this activity assembled A.S.A.P.
So, again any advice, suggestions, etc... I'll take em' all
