Couple pics in case you may be thinking about 1.  Not sure how happy I am about the back of the switch being open.
I guess with some black shrink tube it will look nice.

I used flexable sleeving to cover the wires, and heat shrink on the ends. Not more you can do I guess.

Poor worksmanship in my opinion. How simple it would have been to add a removable back cover and have the wires routed from the bottom?

Doesn't always take a genius to work in Research and Development. Nice idea, but not attractive enough.
