Please help with part ID

I was doing an oil change today, and after I removed the right side fairing noticed this solid rubber part under the bike.
It is an 2009 Busa. It is black rubber and measures about 2"x1/2x3/8. Here is a photo with penny for comparison.
I would appreciate any help regarding what it is and where it goes.

I have removed my right fairing several times in the past. Once for a repaint. I have never encountered this part before (if it is part of the fairing I don't know). The rubber was under the bike when I noticed it.

Could it be # 4?
I saw it also by the turn signal

VFRcandada, that is the part. The adhesive must have separated. Any suggestions what to use for reapplication (rubber cement 3m adhesive, etc.)
