Ok get on the screen where it should show you the map. the upper left it should say file and all that stuff. Got to where it says power commander tools. it should say reset throttle position sensor. ok as that comes up. Make sure bike is in operating temp(almost to where the fan should come on) click on the reset button then BLIP(tech term twist throttle and release) i went bout to 6k on tack. Make sure you release the throttle. Then hit save close that. Watch your %throttle it should not move from 0 till you hit the throttle..ALSO make sure the led lights are not going haywire on the pc3 itself any questions pm me

Thats not going to cut it Chris. The bike should have the key on but not running. You need to go all they way through the throttle. 0 to 100% a few times then save.
