I recently installed a TiForce SUMO full system exhaust in my '03. I also changed out the engine coolant during the install.
The bike is now running very hot. At idle the the temp gauge is reaching redline withing five minutes. Also in heavy traffic the temp gauge will redline and the the temp warning light will come on.
During highway riding I have no problem, no increase in temp. The cooling fans are working.

Has anyone experienced this problem after an exhaust mod?
